Using AI To Predict Failures
A water utility was facing a challenge to predict storm water pumping station failure which happened only once in few years. The issue faced by them was compounded by the fact that the causes of the failure were unknown and station failure was annunciated using a Digital Alarm.
Using Artificial Intelligence Techniques, we came up with a model that could predict station failure anything from 5000 mins to 480 mins.
